Weighed in at 185 and change today. I was pretty darn tired this morning, and knowing that I have a long rehearsal tonight I decided to take a morning off. I had a pretty successful arm workout yesterday, and am really loving the home gym setup with my new barbell system, not to mention that I am really starting to get a pump again. It is a great feeling to have my muscles finally start to respond well. Looking forward to making this last as long as possible. I plan on working out tomorrow, then I have a 9 mile trail run on Saturday. Hopefully I can keep my diet on track as well throughout the weekend.
