Taking advantage of the opportunity

Anyone who has been on lupron knows how hard it is to remain in good physical shape. That is why I am trying to take full advantage of my current treatment holiday  and get in the best shape possible. 

I hope that this blog will serve as both a journal of my work, and as a reminder to keep at it.

Time will tell if it works..
